▶ ACTIVITY CHECK

As many of you are aware, our assigned Activity Check dates will be coming up shortly, on March 24.

For our first round, we won't be asking for proof of activity.

Instead, we'll ask you to fill out a small form to ensure all your administration is in order (confirming that you're on the taken list, contact list, that you have an inbox, and so on) to register your continued interest in Systemwide, and we will also provide an optional field to contribute your first impressions feedback. You can submit this check in whether or not you've met our activity requirements.

As per a normal Activity Check, anyone who does not check in or contact us otherwise will be swept.

▶ APPLICATION ROUND DATES

We would also like to give you a heads up that starting April, we will be shifting the application period dates. Instead of encompassing the last ten days of a month, it will begin on the last five days of a month (the 25/26th) and ending on the 5th of the following month, with the reserve expiry straddling the midnight EST of the 30th/31st.

This will allow more time to join in on the monthly App This Plz game and character posts, as opposed to occasionally missing out! If all of the above sounds complicated, don't worry, we'll reflect these cut off dates on our Calendar for easy tracking.

Note that this coming round will stay as currently scheduled, with applications opening on March 21, 4 PM EST.

The monthly app_this_plz posts will go up on Saturday, March 28. The mod team will post a game ad with a list of character requests; meanwhile you're all welcome to trawl the Character Ads post for fresh meat.

▶ REQUEST CHARACTERS

If you would like to request castmates—or if there are other characters you would especially like to see in Systemwide—please reply to this post with the following information by 6 p.m. EST on Saturday, March 28. You're welcome to include a succinct (1–2 sentences) pitch in the Notes field.
