In his Matrix, Wedge Antilles was a famed pilot and general for the Rebel Alliance and its successor, the New Republic. The ace of aces of his galaxy, Antilles (together with Luke Skywalker) created and led Rogue Squadron, an elite starfighter squadron, and Wraith Squadron, a elite hybrid starfighter/commando unit.
